Every day around midnight we restart our system. This is necessary to ensure the continuity and stability of our services.
Due to the restart, you may experience a short interruption when placing or modifying an existing order. To complete the restart, our services will be interrupted for approximately 15 minutes. Once the restart is complete, services will resume as normal.
The timing of the midnight restart is designed to minimize the impact on our investors. However, investors need to be aware of this brief interruption if they are trading on the open markets (Australian Stock Exchange and CME) at this time. Please note that all orders placed prior to the restart will be submitted to the market in a timely manner and will be eligible for execution in the interim.
