Do I have access to the collateral?

No, we safekeep your collateral in a managed environment. The Stichting Collateral will only be able to liquidate the collateral and use the proceeds to buy equivalent securities and subsequently deliver them to you if we are unable to act in accordance with our redelivery obligations as per the Securities Lending Appendix.
